In our work together, counselling will involve evidence based short- and long-term therapies that may include various techniques and strategies. When working with adults, evidence shows that the most important piece of therapy is the relationship with the therapist. Initially we would make sure that I am the right fit for you. We would then work on goals and timelines according to your needs and budget. 


I have over 22 years of experience working with adults, couples and families. I am currently working on completing the Level 1 & 2 for the Gottman Method Therapy. I have training in Mindfulness, Mediation and Relaxation.


In addition to adult therapy, I also provide parent or caregiver coaching/consultation. Being a parent or caregiver can be fabulous and can also be challenging and exhausting. Feeling frustrated and at a loss on how to help your children is very normal when faced with behavioural challenges. I can also provide skills and support to the individual members as well as the family unit, allowing them all the opportunity to develop a strong and healthy relationship.
