Our lives have more meaning when we are able to maintain optimal levels of wellness. Our holistic well-being impacts our actions as well as our emotions. Finding ways to address our wellness helps us reduce stress as well as illness, and puts us in a better position to have positive interactions.

As we work together, we will focus on some or all of the dimensions of wellness: physical, emotional, spiritual, intellectual, environmental and social. I will work on enhancing the behaviours as well as developing the treatment programs you need to help you with your wellness, balance in your life, improve your quality of life and achieve growth through change.
